These candidates have taken the lead on two issues I care a lot about: Iraq and impeachment. Darcy Burner and a growing list of candidates have endorsed “A Responsible Plan to End the War in Iraq,” challenging Washington, D.C. with the truth that we need to get all our combat troops out of Iraq. Robert Wexler, Luis Gutierrez, and Tammy Baldwin are urging their Judiciary Committee to begin impeachment hearings about Vice President Cheney. I’ve also written about this and extensively about impeachment at my blog.

I don’t think any and all Democratic candidates deserve support, but I think these ones deserve our early financial support for their courageous stands. Please do what you can. Thanks!
