Steve Novick should be our next Senator from Oregon. He would be an excellent representative for Oregon and a much better partner for our current Senior Senator, Ron Wyden, than Republican Gordon Smith. As it stands, we (in Oregon) essentially have no voice in the US Senate as Wyden and Smith, more often than not, cancel each other’s votes out and hurts Oregon’s influence. We need TWO Senators who will represent Oregon, and Novick will not only do that well himself, but he will also strengthen Ron Wyden’s ability to do that as well.
