A graduate of the Kennedy School of Government (we forgive him for being a mid-career), Rick Noriega has dedicated his life to serving the great state of Texas. Having served in Afghanistan and in the National Guard, Rick is an undeniable force in the Houston community and state of Texas. A current member of the Texas House of Representatives, Rick is looking at taking back a Senate seat for the Democrats in 2008.
