Some candidates need a lot of $5,000 checks. Others just would like a few dollars to show they’re still viable, and numbers to show how many people like them.
Candidates sometimes say that if only everyone who liked them would give $10, they’d have plenty of money. $10 from 100,000 people in a district would be more than enough to finance an ignored race. Now that’s not realistic, but I can still do my part.
So here’s a few candidates I know of that could really use just $5 or $10 to say “hey look how many people have donated”.
