My name is Bailey Morgan, and I am the Democratic candidate for Saline County Justice of the Peace District 5. I am fighting to provide the residents of District 5 and Saline County at large with:

• First-of-their-kind-for-Arkansas renters' rights protections
• Adequate establishment and maintenance of parks and green spaces on county property
• An independent library and a return of the Library Board's wrongfully revoked powers
• A more responsive, transparent, and accountable county government

I have a deep pool of experience in community service, activism, and government administration, holding two degrees from the University of Central Arkansas in addition to serving as founding member/former president of the Central Arkansas Young Professionals, the founder and lead organizer for the Saline County Library Alliance, and as Chair of the Democratic Party of Saline County.
