John Hickenlooper is the twice-elected Governor of Colorado (2011-2019). Previously, John Hickenlooper was the Mayor of Denver, CO (2003-2011)


John Hickenlooper is a graduate of Wesleyan Univ with BA (English) and MS (geology). In early career, he worked as a geologist in the petroleum industry, was laid off, and became an entrepreneur - a small business owner.


John Hickenlooper is a strong "purple" pro-choice Democrat, and served as Chair of the National Governors Association (2014-15).
