In keeping with our Democratic values, we are supporting two wonderful DuPage County charitable organizations as a part of our holiday celebration. Please consider donating needed items, gift cards, or cash at the event. Thanks for sharing the spirit of giving.

Teen Parent Connection is a nonprofit agency serving teen parents in DuPage County as they navigate the challenges of both parenthood and adolescence.

Parents’ Pantry:

A place where participant parents can “shop” for essential supplies for their baby and family. The young parents in our programs earn “Baby Bucks” by participating in our services and achieving important milestones, which they can then “spend” in exchange for essential baby supplies and equipment. Items needed include:

 

·       Diapers, baby wipes

·       Hygiene products and toiletries for Mom, Dad, and baby

·       Laundry detergent

·       Bottles, sippy cups, bibs

·       Teethers

·       Baby-proofing and safety items (baby gates, first aid kits, etc)

·       New car seats

 

Bridge Communities serves homeless families in DuPage County with mentoring, housing, and supportive services.
