Contributions to the Wes Clark for President Draft Fund will be sent to the draftee when they choose to run.
Campaign finance law requires us to collect and report your occupation
and employer. In some cases, without this information we will be
forced to refund your contribution. Please do not leave blank or
enter "N/A".
ActBlue is a Democratic group that helps Democratic candidates and
their supporters fundraise online. Unlike a commercial vendor,
we do not keep a percentage for ourselves.

All contributions to the âWes Clark for President Draft Fundâ are earmarked contributions within the meaning of 11 C.F.R. §110.6(b) and is not a Draft Committee or affiliated with any Draft Committee associated with Wes Clark. The contribution is intended for the 2008 election cycle. Contributions are limited to $2,300. In the event that you make another contribution to this Fund or a later contribution to the primary account of a presidential campaign committee established by Wes Clark, that, when added to this contribution causes the aggregate amount of the contributions to exceed the limit set by 11 C.F.R. §110.1(b)(1) (currently $2,300), an excessive contribution will have been made. In the event that Wes Clark has not registered a Presidential campaign committee by 11:59 p.m. EDT on the seventh day prior to the first day of the 2008 Democratic National Convention or that Wes Clark returns your contribution to ActBlue, the earmarked contribution will be forwarded to the Democratic National Committee (âDNCâ); please note that, in the event that you have made any contribution other than this earmarked contribution to the DNC that, when added to the earmarked contribution, causes the aggregate amount of the contributions to the DNC to exceed the limit set by 11 C.F.R. §110.1©(1), as indexed (currently $28,500), an excessive contribution will result. In the event that this contribution is ultimately transmitted to the DNC, such a contribution will not be earmarked for any candidate.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax
purposes.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report
the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for individuals
whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
